Explore the amazing gardens on our Omaka Tour, each with their own special features. Tranquil ponds, serene lake, woodlands and more, all there to admire and inspire. A stop will be made at Hunter’s Wines to view the native gardens and with an opportunity to taste and purchase some of our sponsor’s fine wines.

Rapaura Garden Tour

The Rapaura Tour brings together large, stunning country gardens for you to explore.  On some of Marlborough’s best soils these gardens thrive under the loving care of their owners.  As we travel past Makana we take the opportunity to stop and taste some of their exquisite chocolate.  There is plenty of inspiration to be found for all garden enthusiasts on this tour.

Alpine Splendor Tour

Something new, something different. We have put together a selection of stunning alpine gardens at St Arnaud Village for you to discover. Included is a stop at the historic Top House for a Devonshire tea. DOC Botanist Sandra Wotherspoon will lead a walk through native forest beside a picturesque stream, with fantail and bellbirds to entertain you. A portion of the ticket price goes towards plants for the forest restoration project.  Enjoy a scrumptious lunch at the Alpine Lodge. Being an alpine environment please wear sturdy footwear and bring a warm jacket.

Urban Garden Tour

Hidden away behind hedges and fences, discover a selection of exquisite town gardens that have been chosen to inspire all on this half day tour. A morning or afternoon tea is included on these half day tours.

Hunter's Heritage Tour

A trip to Marlborough can not be complete without a visit to a famous winery, our Wine Museum and the only Aviation Heritage Museum in the country. This tour will appeal to everyone, be prepared to go by bus and be entertained and visit a working winery and enjoy lunch at Hunter’s Café amongst the vines.
