Due to the limited number of tickets for some tours and workshops, the preferred form of booking would be either by phone, internet, or in person.

PAYMENT & TICKETS: After your booking has been accepted it would be couriered to you; don't forget to bring them with you!
If you haven't received your tickets within 14 days please call 0800 627 527. . . we don't want you to miss out. Booked tickets only that were to be picked up, will be available from Headquarters 92 High Street from Tuesday 4th November.
Tickets must be presented to gain access to your chosen activities... if you misplace yours, you should apply for a replacement from the Marlborough Civic Theatre, in Arthur Street Blenheim.Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds on tickets once purchased except as required by law.

Please don't leave registration until just before your chosen activity because you may encounter a queue, allowing 30 minutes should be comfortable.

GROUP BOOKING: Please let us know early if you are coming as a group booking. We would like to have all your names for your nametags.Bus seats are not allocated therefore you need to queue early, let the bus marshall know you are a group in order to remain together throughout the day.

VENUES: Most workshops and seminars are held in central Blenheim within walking distance
of Event Headquarters, however information about specific locations will be in your registration packs, on your tickets and on the notice board.

GENERAL INFORMATION: All Hunter's Garden Marlborough visits are organised group tours and visitors are transported by coach. Private vehicles are not permitted entry
to the gardens included in the event. The cost of coach travel is included in your ticket price as is the cost of morning, afternoon teas and lunch. Unless otherwise specified wine will be an extra cost. Each tour comprises between two to six coaches and seats are not allocated. If you wish to travel in a group, simply queue together. We strongly recommend you arrive early as fitting a group onto one bus may be difficult late in the queue, particularly if the tour is heavily booked. Wherever possible only one coach will visit a garden at a time. Our volunteers will be there to assist you on embarkation as will couriers on your tour. Wear suitable shoes and dress comfortably including a sun hat. Bring something warm just in case, and yes it does rain occasionally in Marlborough, so be prepared with a waterproof jacket or umbrella. Do remember to take them with you at the end of the day.

ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL: Marlborough is renowned for its excellent range of accommodation choices ~something to suit every budget ~but to ensure you get just what you're looking for, we recommend you talk to Marlborough Information Centre on 03 577 8080.
