"Hey Kids Get your Thinking Caps on"
Floral Display

View artistic creations made by invited locals at the Millennium Art Gallery, Seymour Square from Saturday 11 October until Sunday 9 November. All creations will be auctioned at the Cocktail Party with proceeds going towards a charity chosen by the Hunter's Garden Marlborough Committee.

Each year during Hunter's Garden Marlborough Festival 'best' streets around Blenheim are being recognised
There are 6 categories:
Best Long Street: (Elisha Drive 2007)
Best Short Street (Clousten Gardens 2007)
Best Commercial Frontage (Blenheim Toyota 2007)
Best Hospitality Frontage (Lugano Motel 2007)
Best Use of Natives (237 Redwood Street 2007)
Best Garden (30 Elisha Drive 2007)

Children's Competition
"Hey Kids Get your Thinking Caps on "

This competition is open to children of all ages, preschool, primary and big kids.

First prize is a family trip to Wellington Zoo travelling on the Interislander Line.

Entries must be of manageable size and must be able to be transported without falling apart.

Each creation must be clearly labelled with Name, Age and Contact Phone Number securely attached.

Your creations needs to be deliver to the Hunter's Garden Marlborough office at the Blenheim Club at 92 High Street, between 9-3pm before the closing date of Friday 10 October 2008. The judge's decision will be final.

Exhibits will be on display at the Millennium Art Gallery
from Friday 17 October ~Sunday 9 November 2008.

Results will be announced around midday at the Garden Fête on Sunday 9 November 2008. All creations must be collected from the Blenheim Club the week immediately following the event.
Closing date: 10 October, 2008

Floral Art Display

Floral Art Display at the Nativity Church, Alfred Street, opposite Marlborough Scenic Circle.

Open daily from 10am onwards from Nov 6-9, 2008.

Marlborough Floral Art Group together with Nativity Church are happy to present this year's floral display, something for everyone and a quiet moment to reflect.
